Exhibition curators Trisha Lagaso Goldberg and Mark Dean Johnson join several other catalog contributors to discuss the groundbreaking exhibition showcasing Filipino American artist Carlos Villa. Panelists will explore Villa’s work in the context of his time and his practices of cultural convergences in relation to music, language, identity, community, and aesthetics.
