Collection Summary
The Pat Hearn Papers document the private life of Pat Hearn (1955-2000), New York art dealer and founder of the Pat Hearn Gallery. The collection includes photographs largely documenting travel, vacations, holiday gatherings, and the 1999 civil marriage ceremony of Pat Hearn and Colin de Land. Also included are video recordings by Pat Hearn, including production components of her early video works, and a small selection of sketchbooks, notebooks, and diaries.
